| Mamma Susanna's Restaurant was opened in June 2004. My family recently purchased it from Antonio, aka Nino, who is the Italian born mastermind behind the recipes. We have maintained the same great authentic Italian Cuisine and atmosphere. We continue to operate with Chef Craig West, A California Culinary Academy, San Francisco Graduate , who was personally trained by Nino. Chef West brings a vast medley of tastes to Mamma Susanna's after working at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills for 2.5 years. We pride ourselves in being a neighborhood restaurant. The relaxed family owned restaurant atmosphere, makes Mamma's a Cornerstone in the East Sacramento area. |
